30-Day Refund or Replacement
Try any of our products for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied we
will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund
your purchase price in full (less shipping costs). Tapestry needs to be returned
to us in mint condition, freight prepaid & insured for loss and damage in
transit. It's that simple, no fine print and no hidden clauses.
Defective or Damaged Items

within 5 days of receiving a damaged item. We will then advise you on the steps
the will correct that situation.
Shipping damage: All packaging must be kept. Email us for further instructions
to correct that situation.
Defective items will be replaced if returned within 14 days. Please contact
customer service to report defective items via email. Do not return any items without contacting csr@tapestrycatalogue.com via email.
We will instruct you on where to send items and give you an RMA #. If you do not
contact Tapestrycatalogue.com within 5 day of receiving the damaged item,
Tapestrycatalogue.com will not be held liable.
